요건

- 재식용 종자

Sweet pepper (chili pepper, shishito pepper, bell pepper) (Capsicum annuum), tomato (including Lycopersicon esculentum (syn. Solanum lycopersicum), Solanum arcanum, Solanum cheesmaniae, Solanum chilense, Solanum galapagense, Solanum peruvianum, Solanum pimpinellifolium)

ⅰ. 모본에서 무작위로 추출된 샘플과 의심 증상이 있는 샘플은 RT-PCR 검사와 같은 적절한 유전자분석방법으로 검사하여 Columnea latent viroid가 검출되지 않아야 한다.

ⅱ. 종자를 수출하기 전에 RT-PCR 검사와 같은 적절한 유전자분석방법으로 검사해서 Columnea latent viroid가 검출되지 않아야 한다. ISTA의 절차에 따라 로트로부터 무작위로 4,600개의 종자 샘플을 채취하고, 종자수가 46,000개보다 적을 경우 10%를 테스트에 사용하고 서브샘플은 최대 종자 400개 이하로 나누어서 검사하여야 한다.

- 재식용 식물(종자 및 과실 제외)

Solanum lycopersicum), Solanum arcanum, Solanum cheesmaniae, Solanum chilense, Solanum galapagense, Solanum peruvianum, Solanum pimpinellifolium), Nematanthus wettsteinii, Brunfelsia undulata

ⅰ. 재배기간 동안 또는 수출전에 로트로부터 무작위로 추출된 샘플과 의심 증상이 있는 샘플은 RT-PCR 검사와 같은 적절한 유전자분석방법으로 검사하여 Columnea latent viroid가 검출되지 않아야 한다.
